I wanted to let everyone know that I have decided to stop updating this blog. While I have regaled everyone with the boys' adventures for almost a decade, they have come to the point in their development that there really isn't much more to tell. Yes they are adults, and continuing to work on independence, graduate degrees, and job skills. Yes in some way they have a lot of work to do, and in others they far surpass their peers.
But, in truth, their day-to-day world doesn't change all that much and honestly, there is not that much more to add that I believe will help others. It is all the same information on advocacy, supports, and interventions, which can be found on this blog already. Don't forget to read the right sidebar pages and links for information. Also there is a list of individual topics on the left sidebar. Everything is organized in a way that will help in the search for information.
So as the boys have now started their own adult journeys, I think the time has come for me to seek a new adventure of my own.
While I will be posting interesting articles, information, sometimes a rant, and the occasional book review on my Facebook page (you can link from the sidebar), there will be no new blog posts. However, I will update any good news as it occurs on my Facebook page as well. So for those who have followed the boys' exploits I will let everyone know when good things happen in the future.
And as I say goodbye to this blog, let's not forget life's ultimate question and answer from MrGS2's favorite book, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy......because sometimes there really is no answer that makes sense.....
